The Secretary to the Lagos State Government (SSG), Barrister ’Bimbola Salu-Hundeyin, has issued a strong charge to the secretaries of the 57 Local Government Areas (LGAs) and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) across the state. She urged them to aggressively drive and domesticate Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s T.H.E.M.E.S+ Development Agenda within their respective local communities.
Salu-Hundeyin gave the charge during an official engagement with the body of local government scribes (popularly known as Scribes 57). She emphasized that state policies lose their impact if they are not felt by ordinary citizens at the grassroots level.

The SSG noted that as the administrative engines of local councils, the secretaries hold a vital responsibility in translating the state government’s macro visions into micro, impactful community projects.
