LAGOS, NIGERIALima (Haleemah) Taiwo, daughter of veteran Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan (popularly known as Ogogo), has strongly debunked reports circulating on social media claiming that her father has passed away.

The false claim gained traction on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, after a Facebook user posted that Haleemah had announced her 66-year-old father’s death.

Clarification & Instagram Response

Reacting via her official Instagram page, Lima dismissed the viral claims in all caps to clear the air:
