The Nigeria Women’s National Team, the Super Falcons, have unveiled a new Nike kit featuring 10 stars surrounding the national crest ahead of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco.
Each star commemorates one of Nigeria’s record ten continental championship titles, making the Super Falcons the first African national football team—male or female—to wear 10 stars on an official match jersey.
The special kit made its official on-pitch debut during Thursday’s closed-door international friendly in Casablanca, where Nigeria secured a 2–1 warm-up victory over Tanzania’s Twiga Stars thanks to goals from captain Rasheedat Ajibade and Esther Okoronkwo.
