Addressing political stakeholders and civil society leaders during an interactive engagement organized by the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) in Abeokuta on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, Adeola declared that his administration would focus on elevating the Gateway State into a self-sustaining economic powerhouse. He emphasized that his candidacy represents a bridge between ongoing state initiatives under Governor Dapo Abiodun and advanced industrial integration tailored to Ogun’s strategic proximity to Lagos.
The APC flagship candidate brushed aside ongoing political controversies and mudslinging regarding his ancestral lineage, dismissing such narratives as desperate maneuvers by political opponents who lack actionable manifestos. Adeola asserted that he remains entirely focused on issues-based campaigning, adding that under his stewardship, merit, technical capacity, and proven track records will strictly dictate appointments and public resource allocation rather than sectional sentiments or political blackmail.
Outlining the core pillars of his development agenda, the chartered accountant turned lawmaker highlighted aggressive revenue optimization without overtaxing low-income earners, large-scale agro-industrial processing clusters, digital economy hubs for young people, and rural infrastructure integration.
