
Abiodun Alabi has been appointed to take over from Hakeem Odumosu as Lagos State police commissioner.
Alabi was until his latest appointment the commissioner of police in Bauchi.

He is to take the reins from Odumosu who was recently promoted to the rank of assistant inspector general of police, reports The Guardian.
Alabi’s appointment is expected to be announced officially next week.
