Special Adviser on Policy Communication to President Bola Tinubu, Daniel Bwala, has compared the Tinubu’s leadership attributes to those of former United States President Abraham Lincoln.
In a post on his X handle on Monday, Bwala listed eight qualities, which he said set Tinubu apart from other leaders.
These, according to him, include courage, discipline, strong will, open-mindedness, forgiveness, faith in people, selflessness, and collaboration.
Bwala said Tinubu’s courage enables him to take necessary decisions to reform systems, while his discipline drives a demand for excellence which he leads by example.
He added that the President’s strong will ensures he remains resolute in doing the right thing despite opposition.
He further noted that Tinubu is open to new ideas, willing to forgive, gives confidence to those assigned tasks, uplifts others to succeed, and believes in collaboration across divides, similar to Lincoln.
Bwala maintained that these qualities are unmatched by Tinubu’s opponents, adding that the President is unbothered by any conspiracy to unseat him in 2027.
