ABUJA, NIGERIA — President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the renewal of the appointments of Abdulhamid Salihu Dembos as Director-General of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Ali Mohammed Ali as Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) for an additional three-year term.
The announcement was made by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy. Both executives were initially appointed on October 20, 2023, and their second terms will officially commence on October 20, 2026.
