Gunmen have invaded the Police Divisional headquarters, Arondizuogu in Ideato Local Government Area of Imo state and set it ablaze.
The invaders reportedly shot a policeman dead and also injured the Divisional Police Officer.
They reportedly struck around 2.00am on Tuesday.

Sources told The Punch that a Sienna vehicle attached to the division and DPO’s personal vehicles were vandalized by the gunmen.
According to a source, the gunmen macheted the DPO “and vandalized his Jeep and a police sienna vehicle belonging to the division.”
Micheal Abattam, Imo State Police Command spokesman confirmed the attack, saying that the Commissioner of Police, Rabiu Hussaini was on his way to the burnt police station.
He said he had also ordered investigation into the attack.
