2023: Osinbajo hosts media to Iftar dinner Wednesday

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo will on Wednesday host the State House Correspondents to Iftar dinner in Abuja.

The breaking of fast billed for 6.30pm at the official residence of the Vice President at Akinola Aguda House at the Presidential Villa, is expected to be attended by reporters from both print and electronic media covering the seat of government.

Osinbajo will use the Iftar to formally inform the media about his interest in the 2023 Presidential election under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Vice President had in the last two weeks hosted members of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) and the National Assembly to Iftar during which he also informed them of his interest to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari come May, 2023.
