President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointments of two federal agencies’ chiefs with immediate effect.

Mr Bisoye Coker-Odusote is to serve as the acting Director-General/Chief Executive of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), while Hon. Yusuf Yakub will serve as the new Director/CEO of the Directorate of Technical Aid Corps (DTAC).

A statement by Mr Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, announced this on Tuesday in Abuja.

The president also directed the commencement of 90-day pre-retirement leave for the outgoing NIMC Director-General/CEO, Aliyu Abubakar Aziz, with effect from Aug. 24, before his retirement from service on Nov. 24.
