It is a TV Magazine program on the platform of NTA2 Channel 5 on DSTV Channe114.
It’s a pure afrocentric cook programme that promotes the ideal method of preparing Nigerian and African soup using the pattern of our fore fathers. It unleashes the secrets of longevity of our fathers who enjoyed their meals without artificial seasonings and laboratory generated conduments.
The meals sourced from different ethnic settings are prepared by MEN. Well trained Chefs are in charge of the kitchen. Viewers are taken through systematic methods of combining the recipes to make great taste for a healthy meal.
Conceptualized by a seasoned Engineer; Sir. Akhemini Ekanem-Udom whose quest for great health for the populace has come to stay. The vision of Men in the Kitchen Ltd, the holding production company located at the Lekki axis of Lagos Nigeria is basically to bring back our healthy culture to our homes. To this end, we have in place an organized training center where chef as well as house wives are given practical orientation on how to prepare home made healthy food. We also promote and provide trusted and well tutored home cook for busy executives to ensure healthy living.
