Abuja Division of Court of Appeal, has dismissed the judgment of an FCT High Court sitting in Bwari, which nullified the candidacy of the Peoples Democratic Party in September 22, 2018, Osun State governorship election, Senator Ademola Adeleke.
Justice Emmanuel Agim, who read the judgment, said Bwari FCT High Court lacked territorial jurisdiction.
The judge held that the certificate was not forged and the testimony of WAEC official which the FCT High Court, Bwari, ignored was valid.
He also held that the suit was statute barred and the judgment delivered out time at precisely 209 days against the 180 prescribed.
